We are using an RCI exchange. Very nice property (showing its age a little). Check in staff was friendly (our only interaction with service personnel). Very nice beach front. It's been very windy the whole time we've been here. That somewhat limits our desire to be on the beach itself but we have spent a lot of time on our very large balcony.
We had such an incredible time here. Check-in was such a breeze! Everyone we interacted with was so welcoming and polite. The beds were comfy, and the room was clean the sunrise from our balcony was absolutely gorgeous. We spent a lot of our time on the balcony watching the ocean. It's honestly the best view. 100% recommend and would stay again! We left the day before hurricane beryl was predicted to hit so we hope the damage is minimal and all the families that live and work there stay safe!
Pretty outdated bathrooms, bed sank on one side, Nice Kitchen w/ granite however so they have done a few updates but need many more badly to keep up w/ competition if they want to be busier (more often) then spring break & holidays. Having to pay for beach chairs already out back is really low class. Pool was also cold!! Not heated!! Jacuzzi was like a bath. Not hot?? The best things about this resort are location, views on the water, and the remarkable wit, professionalism, and over and beyond hospitality in the evenings from Wendy B. - she is the woman with the fun english accent. Likely would come back just to see her. Thanks
Absolutely fantastic place. Parking is tight, but we always were able to park in the garage. One elevator was down two of the three days that we were there. Security is good. Beach access is amazing.
Booked 1001, was an amazing balcony view. Few issues with the rental company, but that's nothing to do with the building. Ymmv, each unit is going to be a little different.
I stayed in the Orange Starfish (Jessica) for 2 fantastic weeks. Best vacation in so long! The location can’t be beat. Period. Her condo is perfect. Well kept, everything that you could possibly need was there. And the balcony… Oh my gosh the balcony and the view. Can’t wait to go back.
We stayed here in an Airbnb and all condos are privately owned from what I understand. Condo is right on the beach; actually the closest to the water as I could see. Our condo was beautifully decorated, bed was extremely comfortable, deck was enormous; I would guess 10X20 with comfortable chairs and a table to enjoy our lunch and watch the ocean. We did not utilize the pool or hot tub but looks really nice. This is a great place to stay.
